To use - Apply 2 - 3 pumps and massage into the site of soreness. The more you apply and the longer the rub in time, the hotter the heat sensation. 
 
Notes on the heating agent;
The heating sensation is from the ingredient Vanyllil Butyl Ether. This is naturally derived from the vanilla bean. This heating agent is most effective on dry skin as the skin will absorb the heating agent faster.
 
If your skin is in good condition you may find the heating agent is warm but not hot, apply more and for longer to increase the heat.
 
If your skin is in good condition it is acting as the armor it is supposed to be and as such it takes longer to penetrate into the skin to have an effect.
